Terms & Conditions

In the unlikely event that your product needs warranty service, please contact our showroom via email or phone number. After receiving the service request, BION Style Ltd. will decide at its sole discretion, if the product will be collected for examination/repair, will be (partly or fully) replaced, or if the service request will be rejected. Where warranty is provided on products, the warranty shall remain in force for 1 years starting on the date of delivery. After 1 year, you might be asked for a financial contribution for possible extra costs that have to be made.

In General

  • The warranty is valid from the date of delivery to the first owner.
  • The warranty covers repair requests of manufacturing faults.

Exclusions and Limitations

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal and natural wear and tear
  • Wear and tear of wheels and caps
  • Damages caused by improper and excessive use and abuse
  • Improper assembly or servicing by unqualified persons
  • Specific characteristics of product and material that are not covered by the guarantee
  • Poor maintenance
